As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we’re looking for a Dutch speaking Account Manager to join our Account Management team in Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll work closely with existing customers in the health and fitness industry to uncover new business opportunities and help them expand the way they use Virtuagym. By understanding their ambitions and challenges, you’ll advise them on the products, modules, payment solutions and platform upgrades that best support their growth.

The role combines relationship building with a clear commercial focus. You’ll lead conversations around renewals, expansion and long-term value, turning customer needs into meaningful business opportunities for both the customer and Virtuagym.

We’re a remote-friendly company, but for this role we’d love to see you in our Amsterdam office around 2 days per week to stay closely connected with the team. The rest of the time, you’re free to work from home within the Netherlands. Want a change in scenery? You can also work from elsewhere in Europe for some periods of time per year.



What you will own

  • Build strong commercial relationships with existing customers

  • Identify opportunities to expand customers’ use of Virtuagym

  • Advise customers on relevant modules, payment solutions and platform upgrades

  • Lead renewal, upsell and cross-sell conversations

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations based on customer needs

  • Negotiate agreements and guide opportunities through to close

  • Manage your pipeline and performance in Salesforce

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to support retention and reduce churn


What you’ll bring

  • Experience in sales or account management

  • An understanding of the health and fitness industry

  • Experience in SaaS, consultative selling and/or a B2B environment

  • A customer-focused approach with strong commercial awareness

  • Confidence communicating by phone, video and in presentations

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in Dutch and English

  • A proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset
