Who This Is For

This community is only for candidates who:

• Have 3+ years of professional experience

• Would be credible candidates for a Treefera role today, BUT:

  • There is no suitable role currently open, or

  • Timing isn’t right (passive interest, notice period, future availability), or

  • They were a strong silver medalist in a previous process
