About the job

Stravito is looking for a passionate and experienced VP of Marketing to reach our North Star Goal of serving 50% of the Fortune 500. The VP Marketing will be part of the leadership team, with a pivotal role in driving day-to-day marketing operations and delivering on the broader company objectives.

The VP of Marketing will translate Stravito’s strategic goals and Objectives and Key Results into an actionable marketing strategy. Success in this role requires someone with deep enterprise SaaS experience, the ability to make data-driven decisions and the leadership to guide marketing teams toward swift and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Define, implement, and manage a strategic marketing plan aligned with Stravito’s company vision and business objectives. Balance short-term lead-generation and demand-generation goals with initiatives for long-term brand positioning, market education, and category leadership.

  • Continuous Market Insight and Innovation: Foster a customer-centric approach to marketing through deep understanding of customer pain points, buyer journeys, and market trends. Regularly test, measure, and iterate messaging, channels, and campaigns to optimize impact and conversion rates.

  • Team Leadership & Management: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing clear strategic direction, mentoring, and professional development. Create a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Establish strong, collaborative partnerships with Sales, Client Development, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams. Ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales pipeline goals, customer retention, and product positioning.

  • Operational Excellence: Instill disciplined marketing processes, clearly defined metrics, and accountability for outcomes. Set rigorous standards for performance tracking, reporting, budget management, and continuous process improvement to maximize marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

About you

  • Proven Marketing Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading marketing organizations within enterprise SaaS companies, driving measurable pipeline generation, revenue impact, and category growth.

  • Highly Analytical: Adept at leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform marketing strategy, segmentation, messaging optimization, and resource allocation.

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven ability to deeply understand enterprise buyer personas, develop compelling value propositions, and design marketing initiatives aligned with customer needs and purchasing cycles.

  • Strategic Alignment: Skilled at synthesizing input from Sales, Product, Customer Success, and external market trends to ensure marketing activities consistently align with and support broader company objectives.

  • Excellent Communicator: Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, capable of articulating marketing strategies, initiatives, and outcomes clearly and persuasively to senior executives, board members, customers, partners, and internal teams.
