The Role
We are now looking to expand our Sales team and hiring for Business Development Reps to focus on the European market. This will be a hybrid role in our Amsterdam office.
The team, which is part of the Sales organization, is responsible for creating pipeline for the business that fuels the overall success of Stravito.
Responsibilities
Find decision-makers within large accounts using research tools (including but not limited to LeadIQ and LinkedIn).
Demonstrate the value propositions of our products and services on phone calls, video meetings and in emails.
Demonstrate a strong (and growing) knowledge of knowledge management products and services.
Schedule and coordinate deep dive discovery calls between the Account Executive team and decision-makers at prospect accounts.
Create and nurture relationships across assigned accounts.
Effectively communicate account status and progress (to sales leaders and Account Executives).
Update strategic account summaries to enable visibility into status and next steps.
Develop and execute project plans to ensure conferences and events result in high levels of engagement between key accounts and internal representatives.
Schedule meetings at events and conferences for Account Executives.
Maintain strong overall outreach activity levels to facilitate success (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and video).
Qualify and prioritize opportunities to ensure appropriate recommendations for follow up.
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience as an SDR/BDR or similar role (preferably in a SaaS environment selling to Fortune 500)
University Graduate
Fluent in English and either French or German
Strong communication skills
Effective collaborator
Self Motivated and resilient with drive to penetrate large accounts
Experience in consultative sales approach targeting executives within large accounts
Proven experience in multi-channel prospecting
Strong knowledge of sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn and LeadIQ)
