As a Junior IT Buyer, you will be a key driver of our customers' SaaS procurement operations. You won't just be "processing tickets" - you will be a trusted partner to our clients, ensuring their software landscape is optimized and their renewals are executed flawlessly.

What you’ll do as our IT Buyer (m/f/d) Act as a primary point of contact for our customers, managing their procurement requests with a focus on excellence, clear communication, and timely execution of SaaS purchases and renewals.
Own the daily Intake-to-Procure process, ensuring SaaS purchases and renewals for our forward-thinking, tech-heavy client base are handled with precision.
Learn the art of high-stakes negotiation by working with our senior team to optimize pricing and contract terms using Sastrify’s extensive benchmarking database and negotiation playbooks.
Collaborate closely with Tool Owners at our customer companies to understand their needs, prioritize upcoming renewals, and ensure all documentation is airtight.
Conduct research on SaaS tools to provide customers with market insights and pricing comparisons that support their purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain functional relationships with vendor sales teams to streamline the communication and approval process for our customers.
