Your mission is tactical execution: managing the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, ensuring no renewals are missed, and securing the best possible terms for our customers through active negotiation and market benchmarking. You will turn procurement requests into successful contracts, acting as the vital link between customers and vendors.

What you’ll do as our IT Buyer (m/f/d) Take full ownership of the daily Intake-to-Procure process, managing a high volume of procurement requests for our forward thinking, tech-heavy client base and ensuring timely execution of SaaS purchases and renewals.
Lead negotiations with SaaS vendors to optimize pricing and contract terms, utilizing Sastrify’s extensive benchmarking database and negotiation playbooks.
Partner closely with Tool Owners at our customer companies to prioritize upcoming renewals and new software requests, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Conduct research on SaaS tools to provide customers with market insights and pricing comparisons that support their purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain functional relationships with vendor sales teams to streamline the communication and approval process for our customers.
Act as a knowledge leader within the Sastrify Procurement team, rigorously documenting and sharing advanced SaaS knowledge internally and externally, including developing best practice playbooks and deep-dive vendor intelligence.
