What you’ll do as our Marketplace Operations Manager (m/f/d)
- Lead the end-to-end renewal efforts of Sastrify Marketplace customers, from building a renewal pipeline to securing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities for Sastrify Marketplace and other Sastrify offers
- Lead the end-to-end Sastrify Marketplace post-sales efforts, including completing handover after contract signature, provisioning, customer support, and securing cash in the bank.
- Build and own Sastrify Marketplace renewals forecast, including reporting progress regularly, highlighting roadblocks and support required, take corrective actions, etc.
- Work closely with other Sastrify teams involved in Sastrify Marketplace renewal and post-sales efforts, both customer-facing as Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, Account Management, and well as internal as RevOps, Customer Ops, and Finance, as well as external partners
- Track and analyze on a regular basis the performance of Sastrify Marketplace customers to identify how our offerings and portfolio need to evolve, how can we improve our commercials and the end-to-end customer experience, etc.
- Report the financial and non-financial KPIs of the Sastrify Marketplace, including the management and improvement of the related tools and reports.
- Recommend and lead initiatives to improve Sastrify Marketplace renewals and post-sales processes
- You have 3+ years of proven work experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, Operations or in a similar role in the SaaS industry
- You have proven experience in running the end-to-end renewals and post-sales cycle
- You have experience using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce or Hubspot) and Customer Success and Ticketing Systems (e.g. Gainsight, Freshdesk)
- You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or in a similar discipline
- You are persistent, creative and reliable - you bring the motivation required to drive multiple experiments to understand and connect with our target customers
- You are a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to continuously improve the value that we deliver to our customers and our differentiation in the market
- Proven work experience in the channel business, working in the intersection between SaaS vendors, resellers, and customers is a big plus
- You have outstanding oral and written ability in English and German. Fluency in other languages is a big plus.
- You are comfortable working remotely (we don't have an office)
