Our Client Delivery teams are responsible for delivering a high-end, flawless client experience. Practically, this means that as soon as our Commercial teams close a new contract, the Client Delivery team steps in to ensure we go live as fast as possible with the relevant content, the right trainers for the right client, and is the first point of contact for all queries from clients.
We’re looking for a Planning Specialist who will support our growing Planning team. In our Planning team you’ll be responsible for planning the trainers, actors and locations that have the best fit with the client and program. You will also help out our Program team in setting up programs in our app and coordinating essential communications with trainers and learners.
What you’ll bring
1+ years of experience in an operations, planning, or customer support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset that ensures you understand and anticipate client needs.
A natural problem solver, able to quickly grasp issues and identify effective solutions.
Detail-oriented, action-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
Fluent in English. Speaking Dutch, German or French is a plus
Your first-year achievements
Plan and assign trainers, actors, and locations that best match the client's needs and the program's objectives.
Manage urgent reschedules and cancellations, ensuring timely and appropriate actions are taken.
Successfully set up programs in our app
Coordinate all learner communications, ensuring that they are fully prepared for their session
Provide support to clients on all logistical queries.
Ensure consistency in the way of working across processes.
Work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience
Analyze trainer ratings and take appropriate actions to maintain high-quality standards in our training sessions.
