Why we need you
Our Client Delivery teams are responsible for delivering a high-end, flawless client experience. Practically, this means that as soon as our Commercial teams close a new contract, the Client Delivery team steps in to ensure we go live as fast as possible with the relevant content, the right trainers for the right client, and is the first point of contact for all queries from clients.
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join our growing Program vertical. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the seamless execution of our training programs. You’ll manage the setup of programs in our app, coordinate essential communications with trainers and learners, and ensure our trainers and actors are fully prepared to deliver exceptional training experiences.
As a Program Manager, you’ll be dedicated to key accounts, working closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of each training program. You’ll serve as the operational counterpart to the CSM, playing an important role in ensuring our programs run smoothly and successfully.
What you’ll bring
3+ years of experience in a (senior) operations, program management, or customer success role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset that ensures you understand and anticipate client needs.
A natural problem solver, able to quickly grasp issues and identify effective solutions.
Detail-oriented, action-driven, and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
Fluent in English, proficient in German or French
Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (relocation support is not provided for this role).

Successfully set up programs in our app
Coordinate all learner communications, ensuring that they are fully prepared for their session
Ensure our trainers and actors are prepared for their session
Implement consistency across all processes to streamline ways of working.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the client experience.
Create scalable processes for handling non-standard tasks efficiently.
Analyze program health and take appropriate actions to maintain high-quality standards in our training sessions.
