We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will manage large (multinational) customers and contribute to Lepaya's overall success through strategic business planning, relationship management, and consultative selling. What you’ll bring
Min 6+ years of experience as a Strategic Account Manager (SAM), Account Executive (AE), or Consultant - preferably selling transformation programs to large Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical companies.
Strong sales mindset, as well as collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Structured work approach is shown ideally by previous experience in project management
Proven affinity with the learning & development landscape
Experience in selling software solutions/platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently, learn fast, and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets, forecasting and strategic objectives
Fluent in German and English
Your first-year achievements
Bring in 1-2M EUR new bookings for upskilling solutions at clients between 2.5 - 20k employees across Western Europe and within your (sub)industry;
Establish and monitor performance metrics for your territory.
Be the go-to expert for upskilling challenges in your customer's industry, providing expert advice on complex decisions.
Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals.
