What will you be doing?

You will be on the front line of bringing genuinely disruptive legal tech to a market that's been waiting for it. You’ll be part technical expert, part trusted advisor, part change-maker.

  • Showcase the future of patent work: You will run the technical, solution-led product demos that turn curiosity into conviction, from the first call to deep-dive demo to trial, showing prospects not just how the product works, but how it changes the way they do legal work.

  • Turning customers into power users. Through hands-on training, kick-off sessions and product updates across the customer lifecycle, you'll drive the adoption and engagement that make the platform indispensable, not just bought, but genuinely embedded in how teams operate.

  • Being the expert they can count on. When users hit a question, a snag or a bug, you'll be there to solve it through our established channels. You will share best practice and help solve their issues, keeping the experience smooth and the trust intact.

  • Closing the loop with Product. You'll capture what customers and prospects are telling us and feed it straight to the Product Team, your insight directly shapes where the technology goes next and keeps us ahead of the market.

  • Building the engine that scales us. You'll create and maintain a library of videos and training content that automates the heavy lifting across Sales and Customer Success and arms our AEs and CSMs with everything they need to demo and train like experts.

  • Being our voice in the room. You'll represent IPRally at conferences and industry events and be a visible advocate for the change we're driving in legal tech.

  • Backing the Marketing team on webinars and other content when it counts.

Who are you?

You’re likely a patent attorney or patent agent who's quietly tired of pedantic, legacy ways of working. A legal professional or experienced Solutions Consultant/Legal Engineer who got into this to make an impact, not to wrestle with process for its own sake. You're driven to make real, tangible change to your own trajectory and to the way our customers work.

  • You have a relevant university degree.

  • You bring 3+ years from consultative, intellectual property work, and you know how to advise.

  • You're native or fluent in English, along with patent language.

  • You're analytical enough to break complex information down into clear, actionable intelligence, and personable and passionate enough to explain it in a way that genuinely lands and excites people. Relationships matter as much as logic here.

  • Bonus points if you've got a feel for how large corporations and law firms actually run their tech and IT day-to-day. You won't need to write code now, but as we open up to APIs, MCP and deeper integrations, that firm-side and AI perspective is exactly the kind of thinking that will shape where we go next.
