We are now looking for a hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of it. This is a step up role. You might be working in IT support or system administration today and feel ready to take responsibility for the whole environment. Here, you will.

We are a small company. That means less legacy, fewer layers, and real room to improve how things are done.

What you would do

• Own and run day to day IT across the company, covering identity and access, endpoints, networks, and internal tools

• Manage the full user lifecycle and keep access, onboarding, and offboarding in order

• Keep our environment audit ready with clear evidence for ISO 27001 and SOC 2

• Operate and improve endpoint management across primarily macOS (with some Windows and Linux), including patching, compliance, and security monitoring

• Own asset lifecycle from procurement and setup to reuse and secure disposal

• Run access reviews and maintain control over privileged access

• Support security work through monitoring, vulnerability fixes, and incident response

• Act as the go to person for internal IT support and keep people productive

• Manage office networks, VPN, and connectivity

• Administer and improve our SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, and HiBob

• Improve how we work through automation, scripting, or experimenting with AI tools

What you need

• Hands on experience with IT systems in a company environment

• Experience managing endpoints across macOS, Windows, or Linux and familiarity with MDM and security tools

• Understanding of identity and access management

• Working knowledge of networks such as WLAN, firewalls, and VPNs

• Experience with vulnerability and patch management and keeping systems up to date

• Ability to take ownership and learn quickly

• Based in or able to work from the Helsinki region in a hybrid setup
  

It would be a bonus if you

• Have worked in a SaaS or cloud focused environment

• Have experience with tools like JumpCloud, CrowdStrike, or similar

• Are familiar with ISO 27001 or SOC 2

• Have built automations or experimented with AI tools in your work
