As our company scales rapidly, so does the complexity of our operations and the ambition of our strategic goals.

We're expanding the team to ensure we continue to drive efficiency, innovate processes, and effectively execute our strategic initiatives.

This is a unique chance to join a critical team during an exciting growth phase and make a significant impact from day one.


What will you do?

You'll be central to our strategic success and operational excellence. Your work directly supports our team's core responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution Process: You'll own this key process. Ensure strategic goals become tangible actions. Drive focus and cross-functional alignment. We use the OKR Framework for this.
  • Strategic Cross-Functional Projects: Lead critical internal projects. Design and implement new processes and tools. Improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
  • Business Intelligence Strategy: Contribute to our data-driven approach. Help manage our data architecture. Own internal data sources and business metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Pricing Framework Ownership: Be responsible for our Pricing Framework. Ensure processes maximize revenue opportunities. Maintain pricing documentation, product catalog, and price structures.


Who are we looking for?

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or Economics
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a combination of Business Operations, Internal Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or dedicated Project Management roles
  • Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex internal projects from design to completion, impacting operational efficiency or strategic goals.
  • Experience in conducting data driven analysis
  • Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving: analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues, conduct data-driven analysis, and develop practical solutions.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Proactive & Autonomous : High degree of initiative and ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead without direct authority, motivate teams, and influence outcomes through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google sheets and Google Slides.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • As a plus:
    • Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL).
    • Aditional training in Operations Management, Project Management, Process Design and Improvement or Business Analytics.
    • Experience/knowledge in OKR Framework.
    • Experience in SaaS companies.
