About the role
As part of our product evolution, we are helping our customers move their intranet content to a newer, faster, and more flexible version of the Happeo platform.
We’re looking for a Digital Content & Experience Intern to help make this transition smooth and successful.
In this role, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success and Product teams to review existing customer content, help rebuild it in the new environment, and ensure everything works perfectly before it goes live.
This is a hands-on role where you will see the direct results of your work in the live environments of well-known international companies.
You’ll also have the opportunity to experiment with modern AI tools that help structure content and improve digital knowledge environments, giving you hands-on experience with emerging workplace technologies.
What you’ll do
Content Migration
Help transfer and rebuild intranet content from older environments into the new version of Happeo.
Page Design & Layout
Improve the structure and appearance of pages so they look clean, modern, and easy to navigate.
Customer Coordination
Support the team in organizing migration timelines and keeping customers informed about progress.
Quality Checks
Review migrated pages to make sure everything works properly, including links, content blocks, and access permissions.
Process Improvements
As you work on migrations, help identify ways we can make the process faster and more efficient.
What we’re looking for
Current student or recent graduate in Design, Business, Communications, IT, or a similar field
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
A good eye for structure, layout, and visual clarity — you enjoy making digital pages clean, easy to navigate, and visually appealing
Interest in digital tools, content management systems, or web platforms
Experience with tools like WordPress, Squarespace, SharePoint, or similar platforms is a plus
Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
Comfortable working in a fast-moving SaaS company
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)

The basics
Duration: 6-month internship
Commitment: Approximately 40 hours per week
Compensation: €750–€1000 / month depending on skills and experience
Tools: Company laptop and required software provided
