About the role

Your main focus is converting US prospects into qualified conversations for the AEs. This is a hybrid role, which means you’ll be focussing on our inbound lead funnel, but also spending some of your time on building outbound pipeline (through both ABM & more traditional motions).

We’re using the most modern and advanced tool stack out there. Best-of-breed enrichment platforms, conversational intelligence & AI agents at your disposal. Up to you to use them intelligently.

The SDR team is part of the marketing department, so no more silos! You’ll know exactly which ads are running, which assets are being promoted, which landing pages your prospects got exposed to, and much more.

You’ll report directly to the CMO, who’s building a team of exceptionally skilled good- natured ass-kickers. No hierarchy, politics or distraction. Just doing impactful work every single day. Data beats opinion.

What you will be doing:

  • Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into Discovery calls. Either immediately or through clever nurture sequences.

  • Provide assistance to hand-raisers in our trial environment and help them make the most of their trial, eventually leading to a sales-assisted motion.

  • Utilise AI-powered tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clearbit, Apollo, Albacross and others to identify decision-makers.

  • Use social selling techniques across platforms like LinkedIn and relevant industry communities.

  • Highly personalized, multi-channel outreach (email, social media, phone calls, video & chat) to initiate new business conversations.

  • Leverage video prospecting tools to create engaging, personalised messages.

  • Use conversational intelligence platforms to analyse successful outreach patterns and improve your approach.

  • You’ll own a set of ABM accounts and define a long-term white-glove approach for each account and eventually get a discovery meeting scheduled.

  • Leverage intent data to spot high-potential leads showing buying signals

  • Meticulous data entry & reporting in Hubspot

  • Adapt to an ever-changing product, process, environment, and market.

Who we’re looking for

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a quota carrying SDR role in a B2B SaaS company and have been successful at it.

  • You are a high-agency person

  • You understand that there’s no output without input and you don't shy away from learning new methods and stepping out of your comfort zone.

  • You know your way around in Hubspot

  • You have experience in an SDR role but you want to master all the skills and are seeing this as your opportunity to grow your career in Tech Sales.

  • An analytical mindset and experience.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.

  • Fluency in English is essential

  • Nice to have: experience selling a similar product or to a similar ICP

  • You're based in one of our operating states: Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia (please note we can not consider applications outside of these)
