After becoming one of the largest crypto platforms in The Netherlands, we are now launching our services across all main European markets. As such, we are scaling our marketing activities and are looking for a dedicated and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist based in Amsterdam to develop, manage and grow our online marketing efforts.

You will be working closely with the marketing team and be responsible for creating and implementing effective campaigns to grow our client base with a dedicated budget. Your daily adventures will include

• Developping and executing Finst's performance marketing strategy and identifying new opportunities for growth.

• Running and optimizing large-scale online campaigns across various platforms such as GoogleAds, Meta, Youtube, App/Play Store etc.

• Leading the full client acquisition strategy across all digital channels and markets while keeping costs efficient.

• Working with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging marketing materials that attract new clients and drive conversions.

• Analyzing data sharply and translating it into actions and tests (budget shifts, creatives, campaign structure, targeting, pricing experiments)

• Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance.

• Monitoring industry trends and developments, and recommending new strategies and tactics to drive further growth

• Providing regular reports to senior management on performance, including KPIs, trends, and opportunities for growth.
