As Customer Engagement Manager you make sure new clients feel at home fast. From the moment they sign until everything runs smoothly, you're their go-to person. You coordinate the setup, align the right people and make sure everyone knows what's next.

You turn a long list of to-dos into a clear plan. One day you guide a client through testing an API, the next you check if internal teams hit their milestones. You keep things moving, communicate clearly and make sure go-live feels effortless.
