As Security Officer you build and maintain the security foundation of Deftpower. You ensure we meet standards, manage risks and stay compliant while scaling. You create clarity in what is expected and make sure it is followed.

• Maintain and improve our ISMS and security policies

• Drive compliance activities and prepare audits and certifications

• Monitor risks and keep the risk register up to date

• Coordinate recurring compliance tasks and evidence collection

• Build awareness and guide teams on security best practices
