We are hiring two Sales Professionals. One focused on the Benelux market, based near Arnhem. One focused on the Dach region, based in Berlin.
You own deals in your region from the first meaningful conversation to a signed contract and a clear handover into onboarding. You decide which leads are worth pursuing, ask the hard questions early and shape a commercial approach that fits both the client and Deftpower.
You translate complex client questions into sharp proposals, tenders and business cases that people actually use. You combine numbers, assumptions and a clear narrative to align commercial, technical and operational stakeholders and help them make confident decisions.
You sell by explaining, not by pushing. In conversations and pitches you clearly explain what Deftpower solves, why it matters for that specific client and when we are not the right fit. That honesty is how you build trust and long term partnerships.
You stay involved after the signature. Together with the Onboarding Manager and delivery teams you make sure expectations are realistic, scope is clear and projects can start strong.
