As Customer Engagement Manager you make sure new clients feel at home fast. From the moment they sign until everything runs smoothly, you’re their go-to person. You coordinate the setup, chase the right people and make sure everyone knows what’s next.
You turn a long list of to-dos into a clear plan. One day you guide a client through testing an API, the next you check if internal teams hit their milestones. You keep things moving, communicate clearly and make sure go-live feels effortless.
You align clients and teams on goals, timelines and deliverables
You translate questions into action
You share progress, prevent surprises and fix blockers early
You collect feedback and turn it into better processes
After go-live you stay in touch checking in, sharing updates and helping clients get the most out of our platform. Of course, you work closely with account management.
